2024 10mm McCloskey Trommel Drum/ Barrel.
Fits a McCloskey RT512 Trommel or similar.
Ideal for producing recycled screened topsoil/aggregates.
Only used on a couple of occasions to process recycled topsoil, but due to the nature of our operations/site, have reverted back to using our compact screener and sold trommel.

Acorn Transport and Plant Hire Ltd are now offering an express skip bag service, offering both trade/domestic customers alike a more cost effective/flexible method of waste disposal for small loads.
A Collection of bags is now available from either our waste transfer station, Station Farm, Brampton Road, Buckden, Huntingdon or Barford Road, Blunham, Bedfordshire, alternatively delivery can be arranged.
Once filled/job completed and as long as the bag is situated within 10 feet from the edge of the highway our dedicated fleet of grab/Hiab lorries will swiftly remove the waste, recycling what we can within our waste transfer station at Buckden.
Dimensions of the bags are 180cm long x 90cm wide x 80cm high, having a 1.5 tons max capacity.
Supply of bags £12.50 each plus vat
Waste disposal prices start at £175 plus vat

Acorn Transport and Plant Hire Ltd would like to announce we intend to suspend operations for the festive period as from 17.00hrs on Tuesday 23rd December 2025, resuming work 07.00hrs on Monday 5th January 2026, allowing our valued employees valuable time with family and friends.
The directors and management team would like to express their appreciation to all employees and customers for their support towards Acorn Transport's operations through a challenging 2025.
