Next up, we're introducing our Operations Director, Emily.

Emily joined Movers in 2019 while studying Psychology at university, initially working part-time alongside her degree. Since then, she's progressed from Office Manager to Director, playing a key role in the continued growth of the business.

Today, Emily oversees the day-to-day running of Movers alongside Charlie, leading areas including health and safety, HR, compliance, fleet management, customer service, and client relationships. Her people-focused approach and practical mindset help ensure both our team and customers receive the support they need every day.

Outside of work, Emily is a busy mum to two boys and is often found out on bike rides with them or keeping active at the gym.

As we continue introducing the people behind Movers Transport, we're proud to recognise the dedication and hard work that goes into delivering the service our customers know and trust.

First up is our Managing Director, Charlie.

With over 26 years at Movers, Charlie has worked his way through the business from removals porter to Managing Director. His hands-on experience, dedication, and leadership continue to drive Movers forward while keeping our customers and team at the heart of everything we do.

What was originally an old cheese vat had been stored away at our depot for one of our interior designer clients for over a year, and we always wondered what the plan was for it.

Now we finally get to see the vision come to life.

Our team has recently completed the installation in this stunning Leamington Spa home, transforming the reclaimed cheese vat into a statement planter.

A brilliant example of great design, and giving old materials a new life. Not what we imagined, but we think it looks great!

🚛 Another successful office move completed in the heart of London!

Our commercial removals team recently spent three days carrying out a large office relocation just a stone's throw from London Bridge.

From carefully packing and transporting furniture, IT equipment and specialist items, to setting up meeting rooms, workstations and breakout spaces, every stage was planned and delivered with minimal disruption to our client's business.

It's always a pleasure working with returning clients, and we're delighted to have completed another successful move for a company that continues to trust Movers Transport with their large office relocations.

✨ A New Chapter for Movers Transport ✨

After 40 years of leading Movers Transport, our founder, Craig Daniels, has officially stepped into the role of Chairman.

Craig started the business in 1985 with just one van, a vision, and an incredible work ethic. Thanks to his determination and commitment to doing things properly, Movers Transport has grown into one of the North West's leading removals, storage and specialist logistics companies.

Before making this transition, Craig secured the long-term future of the business by moving Movers Transport into an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) - ensuring the company remains independent while giving our employees a genuine stake in its continued success.

We're also delighted to announce that Charlie has taken on the role of Managing Director, supported by Emily Bebbington as Operations Director. Together, they'll continue building on the strong foundations Craig has created while leading Movers Transport into its next chapter.

Craig may be stepping back from the day-to-day running of the business, but he isn't going far. As Chairman, he'll continue providing strategic guidance, mentoring our leadership team, and supporting our customers with home and commercial surveys.

Thank you, Craig, for everything you've built over the last 40 years. Here's to the next chapter of Movers Transport! 💙

It's all go, go, go here at Movers! 🚚💨

Last Sunday, one of our directors, Emily, took on her very first triathlon at Lake Windermere

She completed:
🏊 1,500m swim
🚴 44km bike ride
🏃 10km run

And the action doesn't stop there...

This Sunday, our Chairman, Craig, will be taking on the Manchester to Blackpool Bike Ride in aid of The Christie charity. As part of our commitment to supporting the event, we're also providing one of our drivers and a support vehicle to assist cyclists along the route and safely transport bikes back if needed. 🚴🚚
