🚨 MANCHESTER AIRPORT – A QUICK MESSAGE FROM ABC ACE SIDS 🚨
If you’re travelling through Manchester Airport, please be aware that collecting passengers is taking considerably longer than it used to.
We know how it feels when you’ve landed, collected your bags and just want to get home — only to be waiting around wondering where your driver is.
Our drivers are often already close to the airport, but getting through the surrounding roads and into the correct pickup areas can now take much longer than expected.
⏱️ A journey that should take just a few minutes can sometimes turn into 20, 30 minutes or more depending on the traffic.
And we want to make one thing absolutely clear:
Your driver hasn't forgotten you.
Your driver isn't running late because they've left late.
They're usually stuck in the same congestion as everyone else.
We monitor the situation and communicate with our customers wherever possible, but unfortunately we can't control the volume of traffic around the airport.
✈️ Our advice if you're flying into Manchester:
Once you've landed, collect your luggage and contact us when you're ready. Please then allow a little extra time for your driver to reach the pickup point.
We understand it's frustrating — especially after a long flight — but please remember that our drivers are doing everything they can to get to you as quickly and safely as possible.
