Canal life has its own little set of unwritten rules.
Nothing too complicated just a bit of consideration that helps everyone enjoy the waterways.
Slow down past moored boats, say hello, share locks where it makes sense, keep things peaceful in the evening and leave your mooring tidy for the next person.
It’s all part of what makes the canal community such a lovely one to be part of.
Experienced boaters… what unwritten rule would you add to the list?
