Travel Update | TUI Long-Haul Flights

From 1 November 2026, TUI will be making changes to its long-haul onboard drinks service.

Customers travelling before 1 November 2026 will continue to receive the current onboard drinks offering as normal.

For customers travelling on or after 1 November 2026, complimentary alcoholic drinks will no longer be included as part of the long-haul flight service. Soft drinks will continue to be included, with alcoholic drinks available to purchase onboard.

TUI have advised that eligible customers impacted by this change may receive a £12.50 goodwill voucher.

For many travellers, these are the small details that make a difference. It’s not always about the cost of a drink — it’s understanding exactly what your holiday includes before you travel.
