We can now tell you all what we have been up to for 6 of the last 10 months. This is a huge project aiming to complete a full 3D model of the ship, gather new imagery, discover new information and to publish a book combining the results of our 2018/19 survey with new results and discoveries. HMS Royal Oak is an incredible shipwreck. 835 men and boys died when the ship was torpedoed in 1939. The shipwreck is the grave for nearly all of them. Working on this project had a profound effect on all team members and is one of the privileges of Ben and my careers.
