We haven't had any jobs on this weekend so I've been out in my professional capacity as local hero 🦸. Serving the community with deliberate intent. ❄ Clearing the walkway to the bungalows in Downhill where my nana and grandad used to live. So that the old folks🧓 can safely walk up to the car park. 🚙

It leaves me in a difficult position when I quote for a job and the customer tries to negotiate a better price, 💷 💰 💷 Because I always give the very best price that I would be happy to do the job first time. Although I admire the spirit of negotiation and I understand that for a lot of people every penny really does count, I would never budge on a quoted price because that would be unfair to other customers that didn't try to negotiate. I always give the very best price, first time and every time. 🚚 🗃 ⏩ 🏘

We were happy to help another happy customer this weekend. A full house move from one side of the city to the other. It took three trips in the van but we got the job done and the customer was happy to be settling into their new home. We'll not be taking any bookings this week but will be available for the weekend 👍

I'm happy to share that I am now working in partnership with amazon logistics. I don't know what items I will be delivering. I could be delivering orders that have been placed online, I could be delivering fresh produce or l could even be delivering from local stores. But I do know for certain that I will be delivering outstanding customer service at fair value.

This last week has been another fantastically busy week. I've completed jobs ranging from 400 metres to 400 miles. The sun happens to be shining at the moment but whether it's rain, sleet hail or snow we can move any object that can fit in a transit van. Two man teams available. The most reliable and best value transport team in the UK.

This last week has been a very busy week, there was a relocation from Sunderland to Essex last weekend, yesterday there was 1 bed and 3 washing machines and there is a two man job booked in for later today.

You can get a wardrobe from B&Q for £30. This is what I got when I moved into my flat. It's delivered in a small box and you put it together yourself dead easy. If you want to move a wardrobe from an upstairs bedroom into the van, then into another upstairs bedroom if will probably be damaged in the process and the walls will be scratched.

I had a last minute job come in last night for a regular customer, someone was giving away for free a lovely set of bunk beds complete with assembly instructions and mattresses. The call came in at 18:00. The items were collected within an hour.

A little job this morning for a regular customer collecting a fridge freezer in the Newcastle area. Returning customers speak volumes about the service and value delivered.

The admins at Facebook Marketplace have finally realised that my listing for a man in a van service goes against their rules so they've removed it. It is a shame because that is where the majority of the work has come from. But I knew that it was going to happen sooner or later and I've connected with around 35 customers through that listing. Most of them have become repeat customers and also recommend me to friends and family. I've decided to sign up for amazon flex so we will see how that goes.
