A timed delivery is only effective when the carrier has all the information needed to complete it successfully.

Before booking, make sure you provide details such as:

• The site’s opening and receiving hours
• Loading-bay or booking references
• Vehicle and access restrictions
• Forklift or tail-lift requirements
• Security and reporting procedures
• The correct site contact details

A 10am delivery deadline won’t help if the driver arrives on time but cannot enter the site or unload the pallet.
