We’ve been working on our own Driver Coaching Board to make it easier for our managers to see what’s happening across the team.

Key driver metrics, alerts, coaching and follow-ups are brought together in one place — with the system doing much of the hard work of identifying where attention is needed.

Managers can also send updates directly to drivers through the app.

Built in-house by MAPS Logistics to support our day-to-day operations.

It's the little things that make a difference.

Over the past few weeks, some of our drivers have been surprised with unexpected gifts while out on their delivery routes.

🥚 Fresh eggs from local residents

💷 A few pounds as a thank you

🥤 A cold drink on a warm day

🍫 Chocolates and sweets

Small gestures, but ones that genuinely mean a lot.

Delivery driving can be a demanding job, with long days, changing weather, busy roads, and hundreds of customer stops. So when someone takes a moment to show appreciation, it doesn't go unnoticed.

Our Fleet Manager seems to have mistaken Swansea for Texas. 🤠

While the rest of us turned up ready for another day in Wales, he arrived looking like he'd just stepped off a ranch somewhere in Texas.

Safe to say the cowboy hat has become his unofficial uniform.

EVERY DAY IS DIFFERENT 🐕🐴🐑🦌🐔🐢🐱

Just some of the animals our drivers have met while out on their delivery routes.

One of the things many drivers enjoy about the job is that no two days are ever quite the same.

Different routes, different customers, different locations, and occasionally some unexpected wildlife and animal encounters along the way.

While the focus is always on delivering safely and on time, it's often these little moments that make the day more interesting.
