Tyres don't get much attention, until they stop a van mid-route.

With our big fleet, tyre problems are a daily thing. Fixing them, replacing them, checking them... it's non-stop.

That's why we do all that in-house.

It means quicker fixes, less time off the road, and we're totally in control of keeping every van roadworthy.

Because in logistics, it's those consistent little things that keep the whole operation going.

Getting things going starts even before the first delivery.

Regular stand-up meetings with drivers are a big part of how we operate.
We go over delivery numbers, performance, and most importantly, safe driving.

It’s a chance to get on the same page, share feedback, and make sure everyone’s clear before heading out.

Simple routine, but it makes a real difference.

Because consistency, communication, and safety are what keep everything running smoothly.

Not every stop is on the route… 🐾

Sometimes the toughest part of a delivery isn’t traffic, access issues, or timing, it’s getting past the local “area manager” who insists on a head scratch first.

From random street supervisors to driveway loungers, our drivers meet all kinds of characters on the road.

Safe to say… not all of them are in a hurry for the delivery to continue.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been expanding the fleet to support increasing demand.

Alongside this, the focus has been on keeping utilisation consistent and making sure each vehicle is planned effectively.

A lot of coordination goes into keeping things balanced across routes and drivers.

From long days on the road to late finishes, the team showed incredible dedication throughout PEAK. After such an intense period, it was great to bring everyone together, switch off for a bit, and enjoy some well-deserved downtime alongside some of our team members.

The effort, commitment, and teamwork shown throughout PEAK made a real difference, and this was a small way of saying thank you to everyone who went the extra mile.
