Last week, we held our first Lead Driver Working Forum. Lead drivers from all our depots met at our head office in Swindon to discuss our operations, upcoming developments, and the challenges drivers face day to day.

At SW Group, it’s important that all staff feel included. Drivers are a vital part of our business, and without them, our customers wouldn’t receive their goods. With this in mind, we wanted to spend dedicated time with our lead drivers to better understand the key challenges they face and work together to develop practical solutions.

The forum also enabled our senior teams to share key statistics and performance metrics, providing greater insight into what happens behind the scenes.

Feedback from the lead drivers was very positive, and all found the forum beneficial. We hope to continue these collaborations going forward.

2025 Recap

2025 has been a busy one for SW Group, so we wanted to share a quick snapshot of what the team has achieved:
