Job Description - Assistant Site Services Engineer

KDS specialize in providing Low Voltage Electrical Switchgear to commercial and end users.

The role is largely site based working alongside the Site Services Manager, covering the whole of the UK , positioning & installing LV panels along with retrofitting equipment.

The individual will need to be physically fit, flexible around start and finish times, including Saturdays and Sundays, and have a willingness to learn the role.

The applicant should have a current CSCS card and possess a valid UK driving licence, any previous electrical related experience would be a distinct advantage.

Production Office Co-Ordinator.

The successful candidate must be PC literate and have a good understanding of Excel and Word.

They will be responsible for numerous shop floor admin functions including but not limited to the following:

Transport co-ordination and creation of electronic delivery notes
Maintenance of Calibration Certs
Environmental Objective Reports
Recording of Shop Floor Personnel clocking in times
Managing Annual Leave Requests
Temporary Staff Timesheets
Shortage Reporting

They must have excellent communication skills and be used to working in a busy shop floor environment.

A knowledge of SAGE and CIM50 Manufacturing systems is not essential but would be advantageous.

The successful candidate will be based at our Offices in Telford.

Job Description - Office Administrator

We are currently seeking to recruit an Office Administrator.

The position will provide administrative support, answer and respond to calls and emails as well as other general office duties, including the production of monthly and weekly reports.

The successful candidate must be PC literate, have good attention to detail, a good knowledge of using MS Excel and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Hours of work:

Monday – Thursday – 08:00 – 16.45
Friday – 08:00 – 12:00

25 Days holiday plus bank holidays

Company Pension Scheme

Salary bracket - £15,000 - £18,000 dependant upon experience.
