Being part of Palletline, we put Health and Safety at the top of our priorities.

An example is Lift Assist - and it was a ground-breaking initiative.

The whole network agreed on a weight limit for tail-lift deliveries and clear rules on when power-assisted pallet trucks are required.

The guidelines are clear:

📦 Under 750kg? Tail-lift delivery as standard
📦 750–1000kg? Lift Assist service applies, with a power-assisted pallet truck
📦 Over 1000kg? Tail-lift is not permitted. Forklift unload only.

The process aligns with DVSA and HSE guidance and protects everyone involved in pallet movements.
