The music might say Movin’ To The Sun… we’re just trying to make it past the workshop door! 🤣☀️

Joking aside, it’s another seriously busy day behind the scenes keeping everything maintained, compliant, clean and ready for our customers.

We’re lucky to work in some beautiful places across South Wales, and this is definitely one of them. 👌

🚌📍 WE’RE EVERYWHERE! 😂💙

Take a look at the trackers today… vehicles dotted all over the place, keeping the wheels moving from one job to the next! 🚍💨

Airport runs, private hires, day trips, , returns… if it’s got wheels and a Laser badge on it, chances are it’s out somewhere! 😂

Sometimes you look at the tracker and think…

“Right, who’s in Cardiff?”
“Who’s in Bristol?”
“Why is that one over there?!”
“And has anyone actually stayed in the yard today?” 🤣🤣

It really shows just how much goes on behind the scenes every single day, with drivers, office staff and the workshop all working together to keep everything moving safely and on time.

😂🚌 Forgot we even had this video… Baz, you are honestly one of a kind! 😂😂

A bit of seat cleaning going on today and, as usual, the boys in the garage couldn’t resist having a little jibe and turning a normal job into complete chaos! 🤣🧽

There’s never a dull moment down at Laser… one minute we’re talking MOTs, inspections and compliance, the next minute Baz is providing the entertainment! 😂

You’ve got to have a laugh while you work, and fair play, our lot certainly know how to do that.

Baz… never change mate! 😂👏💙

😂🚌 To say we’re busy would be an understatement… 🚌😂

The schools might be off, but apparently nobody told the workshop! 🤣

This week it’s been a bit of everything…

🔧 Giving the shutter door switches some much-needed attention
✅ Council platings coming out of our ears
🚌 Getting the fleet ready for September
📋 Making sure everything is safe, compliant and ready to go
🔍 MOT work over at Thomas of Rhondda
☕ And somewhere in between… attempting to remember what a lunch break is!

We’re basically at the stage where if it’s got wheels, a switch, a door, a tyre or an MOT date… someone is looking at it! 😂

The reason for the madness is simple though — we’re getting as much done as we can now so the guys can finally get some well-earned annual leave before September hits us like a freight train! 😅

At the moment the workshop soundtrack is basically:

“Can you move that bus?”
“Which one?”
“THE OTHER ONE!”
“Has that one been plated?”
“Where’s the keys?”
“WHO’S GOT MY 13MM SOCKET?!” 😂😂

On a serious note, this is the work that keeps everything moving. Maintenance and compliance don’t stop just because the schools do, and we’d rather be flat out now making sure everything is right than chasing jobs when September arrives.

Massive thank you to the whole team for grafting through another crazy week. 💙👏

That’s our Plaxton Panther – YCZ 720 all finished and ready for collection from Image Coachworks tomorrow! 😍

What a transformation… she looks absolutely STUNNING. You’d think we were collecting a brand-new coach! 👌✨

Fair play to the guys at Image Coachworks, they’ve absolutely smashed it once again. The finish is unreal and YCZ 720 is looking fresh, sharp and ready to get back out on the road. 💪

There’s something satisfying about seeing one of your fleet brought back looking this good. ❤️🚌

Our Plaxton Panther has come back looking INSANE 😍🚌✨ Honestly looks like a brand-new coach!

The attention to detail and quality of the finish is second to none. You guys never disappoint and certainly know how to bring a coach back to life! 💪

🎉🚌 Happy Friday… and what a way to finish the week! 🚌🎉

Another cracking day at Team Laser! 💪

✅ 3 out of 3 vehicles passed their council plating today! 👏👏👏

That’s another three safely signed off and ready to keep the wheels moving.

As if that wasn’t enough…

🚐✨ Two brand-new taxi meters have also been fitted to our new Ford Transit Custom 8-seaters, getting them one step closer to hitting the road in style.

A huge thank you to DHM Taximeters for supplying and fitting the meters as always. 👏💙

Some people finish a Friday with their feet up…

We finish ours with plating passes, new vehicles, workshop jobs ticked off and another brew! ☕😂

A huge well done to the whole team. Whether it’s the workshop, drivers, office staff or everyone behind the scenes, it’s a real team effort that keeps everything running smoothly.

Now it’s time to enjoy the weekend… although knowing us, there’ll probably be another bus waiting on Monday morning! 🤣
