For Premier Marina
Stripped back to its bare bones, and rebuilt to customers specifications.
We love a fast worker, and we have thoroughly enjoyed rebuilding this beauty!
She's been in service since the 80s and we look forward to seeing her keep up the good work.

Full deck replacement.
In time for tuna season 🐟
A bit more work than anticipated after we found 6 logitudinals needed replacing and the foredeck bulkhead.
Full gel-coat and nonslip, a new aft deck throttle station.
And in time for the crane!

A big work list completed to get her race ready..
✅️New chainplates
✅️New mast foot
✅️6x port holes blanked
✅️3x New bulkheads including midships double sided shiney bulkhead with watertight door .
✅️Relocate and reinforce backstay traveller track.
✅️122 gel repairs and general maintenance.
✅️skin fitting apatures blanked and relocated.

That's a wrap Double trouble has left the building !

✔️6.5m repair to starboard aft quarter
✔️New transom
✔️3m of bow repair
✔️3x bulkheads and lots of structure

She's now structurally sound and ready for the team to re-fit systems and engines!

She's looking brand new , proud of my team 👏
Great effort by all involved !

Eastwood racings Double trouble .
Coming together!
Thats the main repair ready for fairing and paint !
6.5 M long epoxy wet-layup kevlar and glass, vacuum consolidated .
4 bulkheads replaced.
Now onto reinstating damaged transom.
And repairing engine cover ...
The end is in sight

Double trouble .
Fountain 42.
Eastwood racing 🏁
Unfortunately Double trouble encoured some major damage after a collision whilst racing !
She's sat patiently waiting for us to finish our other projects....But watch this space !
The repairs are in full swing !
We have a 5 meter section cut out of the starboard side and have been busy making the structural components we need to put her back together!
She's been laser scanned by for symmetrical Station marks to jig missing section of Hull back into place , in the the next few weeks we shall have a made a good dent in the repair process ,look forward to sharing updates ! 🏁☠️💪😎
