The Hire Boats are back on hire for the Summer 2024 .....
All prices have been 'Reduced' as part of the 50th celebrations of the Horse-Drawn Barge.

Prices start from £19 for up to 4 people ( that's less than a fiver a head)

With lots of fun messing about in a boat and
with the Duck's Ditty Bar 'Open' 🍸 It makes a fantastic and enjoyable afternoon for all the family at the Tiverton Canal Basin!

Devon Hire Boats is 'Now Open' from Saturday 27th May for the 2023 Season.
A selection of Rowing Boats and Canadian Canoes for hire . . . So you and your family can have fun on the canal at your own pace.

Operated by Tiverton Canal Co on the Grand Western Canal at the wharf, Canal Hill, Tiverton, Devon.

OPEN : Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays & Sundays
(also Fridays in August)
Closed : all Mondays including bank holidays.

IMPORTANT NEWS........

Due the the heat warmings we are now closing the Boat Hire at Tiverton Canal Co until Tuesday 16th when we will be back to normal again.

We apologise for the inconvenience.

Jacq & I would like to let you know that the Rowing Boat & Canadian Canoe Hire may only be available till 1pm due to weather warnings of hot weather in the afternoons.. 🔥

We recommend to come in the mornings with the lower temperatures.
We also recommend that you carry water and you are protected to the max with suncream.
Please refer to website for shop opening hrs.

Back to Normal on Tuesday 16th August
