Bank Holiday Monday, but the wheels at Chiltern keep turning 🚛

I spent today back behind the wheel, helping to keep deliveries moving and getting another valuable view of the operation from our drivers’ perspective.

A big thank you to all our drivers, warehouse team, planners and everyone else working today. While many people are enjoying the Bank Holiday, our team continues working hard to look after our customers and maintain the service they depend on.

This is a varied role within a fast-paced logistics environment where you'll be at the heart of our operation, managing customer orders, coordinating stock, working closely with our warehouse and transport teams, and ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service.

What we're looking for:

✅ Previous experience in customer service, logistics or administration
✅ Excellent communication and organisational skills
✅ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
✅ Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
✅ The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
✅ A proactive approach with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
