This week starts with Rob heading to Wales for 5 days and George is also away for 5 days and going to Torquay. Back at base, we have some day trips this week out and about, a sports team heading for a friendly and all of our school routes as usual.

This weekend we have two coaches on tour in Wales with Chobham RFC, one on a day trip to Poole and one at Sandown for a day at the races.

Llandudno — we’ve arrived!

Rob is in position and ready to welcome back a group of ramblers we dropped off earlier this week. They’re returning on A16, where they can unwind in comfort with part-leather reclining seats, extra legroom, and (with this unpredictable weather!) optional air conditioning.

With DVDs and hot drinks on hand, it’s the perfect way to relax after a few well-earned days on their feet.

Behind the scenes. Our coaches are on the road a lot, it only takes a light road spray after some rain for them to be covered in dirt. We take great pride in keeping them clean and shiny, meaning they get washed a lot! Here’s A16 getting a bath before heading back out to get dirty again.

We’re back in Farnborough with a handful of buses running the shuttle service from the car parks for the Big One Fishing Show today and tomorrow. 🎣

Meanwhile, George is away on a weekend tour to North Wales with a local team, and Jack has taken another group down to the south coast for the weekend.

And that’s not all — we’ve also got a number of private hires on the road, including a theatre trip to Reading. 🎭

It’s all go, but we wouldn’t have it any other way!

Today, we have operated an Epsom Explore excursion to the Birmingham Tattoo.
While there, our coach and driver were inspected by DVSA officers on behalf of the Department for Transport. We are delighted to report that both received a clean bill of health, with checks confirming full compliance with drivers’ hours regulations and vehicle maintenance standards.
