Your recycling bin…but better! You can now recycle even more at home. Foil, empty aerosol cans, squeezy metal and plastic tubes, drink cartons and non-black plastic plant pots can all go in your mixed recycling bin, alongside the items you already recycle.

Have you visited one of Surrey’s Revive shops? Located at selected community recycling centres (CRCs), our Revive shops give pre-loved home and garden items a second chance.

If you’re visiting a CRC and have items that are still in good condition, let a member of staff know. Suitable items can be passed on and sold at one of our Revive shops, helping others find a bargain and supporting reuse across Surrey.

Profits made from Revive shops go towards the running costs of the CRCs, meaning that money saved can be spent on other essential council services. Each year, 10% of the net profits from the Revive shops are given to local charities.
