Wow that has been a hot one 🥵 and I won’t complain as I have been in the office.
The amazing crew of Ross, Gary, Gary & Hayley have moved today’s client on their completion day in unbearable heat. They got it done, they didn’t grumble.
One day I truly hope there is more recognition for the skill involved and the sheer determination, strength and hard work involved in this industry. It is one of the most undervalued services that people will try and haggle the price when it is already priced way below its worth.

It’s makes a world of difference when you have a good relationship with fellow removal companies- feeling very grateful for the support we have had recently from Sudbury Removals and Keys Removals when we have been short staffed. You will occasionally see mixed crews on your job and that is because when needed people in the Removals Industry help each other out instead of working against each other. (Well some of us do- not all 😉)

Last week was a tough one on the crews- for various reasons. But it was also a positive week for the lovely Elinor Oliver- her results came through for her Transport Managers exam- and of course she passed with flying colours!

During a removal this week a well known furniture company arrived with a sofa delivery- the drivers did not even attempt to get it in the house and left it outside- and who do you think delivered to the exact spot the customer wanted it. Yep us.

Had a lovely Sunday at Felixstowe looking at all the loved and cared for Vintage vehicles at the Rally, organised by Ipswich Transport Museum.
My favourite of course is the Rust & Hamilton removal lorry- owner happens to be my Neighbour too!
