Shout out to the awesome taxi driver from yellow taxis yesterday afternoon! I can't remember his name but he was driving a blue tesla and would want to insult by misspelling his name or guess where he was from but he made my 4 year old day as he confidently asked "can you put the music on please taxi man" to which the driver replied asking what his request was and boom next thing were on our way home having a k pop demon hunters sing along 😅❤️ my son is autistic and he's obsessed with the film atm, thankyou so much for making his day 😊 my other 2 children said it was the best taxi ride ever too ☺️ just wanted to put some positivity out there 🤗 little things like this mean a lot to me and my kids.

We are aware of a post on social media making a serious allegation against one of our drivers. We take such matters extremely seriously, and we want to reassure our customers and the wider community that the claim made is entirely false.

Our vehicles are professionally tracked at all times. After reviewing our GPS data, we can confirm that the vehicle in question did not go to Gwersyllt he returned to King street to pick up another customer

We are proud of our professional and respectful drivers, and we are taking steps to address this defamatory accusation through the appropriate channels.
