Job Summary

• Set appointments for meetings, business trips, interviews
• Must prioritize to make sure the most important meetings are planned and organized with care.
• Handle Online Digital Marketing & Social Media Marketing
• Handle Graphic Design needs and Website Development
• Required to accompany the Chief Executive in his official tour.

Qualification Required & Experience
• Diploma in Secretaryship or Public Relations
• Certificate in Graphic Design
• 0 to 1 year of relevant work experience
• Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant computer software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Associate degree or higher in business administration or a related field
• Living within closer to location is an added advantage
