USART Ghana Limited, a business focusing on the production and distribution of quality products (Chill Ice Natural Mineral Water) was established in September 2013 with one facility at Broadcasting Top, off Kasoa road. The Company’s aim is to compete with imported Mineral waters, which are predominant in the Ghanaian market. On October 23rd 2013 USART Ghana installed a facility with one koyo machi
ne, 1000 Lt/hr reverse osmosis machine, a UV lamp on the koyo machine and set of carbon and furnished polish filters on both arrow of koyo machine. Beginning staff was one operator, one bagger and one parker, driver and one vehicle. First production was ten (10) bags, that is, 300 sachets for house use and other testers to our neighbors. Currently, we have over 50 workers including drivers, salesmen, etc. producing over 5000 bags (150,000 sachets) A DAY. We have over 20 vehicles that supply water to our depots in Accra, Tema, Ashaiman, Prampram, Winneba, Kasoa and its environs. We also produce bottled water and dispenser jars. USART Ghana aims to strengthen its market leadership by constantly enhancing the excellence of its products through a process of continuous reinvestment and innovative manufacturing and marketing strategies.
