ROAD TRIP CLUB HOUSE HOSTESS

The primary responsibility of a Road Trip Club Hostess is to influence and register travelers/tourist to patronize any Road Trip Club Houses in Ghana whenever they travel to any region and need a place to stay. The hostess, job is to further assist and ensure entertainment, food, suitable house, room, or bed is provided to the traveler(s) during the club house stay. Each hostess is assigned one (1) clubhouse to help co-ordinate and manage.

DUTIES

1. Promotes to register new members of the road trip clubhouse for cash payment.
2. Co-ordinate with club houses stewards to ensure all club houses activities i.e (food, cleaning etc ) are served to residing members.
3. Leads houses members on tour the area (food, shopping, etc)
4. Invites potential members to join the monthly house parties that is rotated around the country to celebrate best teams of the month.
5. Help train and mentor little fingers to achieve desired results.
6. Creates monthly video to promote the club house you are assigned to.
7. Once or twice a month, travel to club house to ensure maintenance is carried out and your report is generated to be sent to the group admin.
8. Welcome members to the clubhouse.
9. Answers calls, co-ordinate whatsapp messages.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum of a Senior High certificate
2. Prior customer service experience in the hospitality industry
3. Positive attitude and interpersonal skills
4. Good communication skills and phone etiquette.
5. Flexibility when working alternating shifts.
6. Ability to stand for long periods of time.

A Transportation Partner is any registered member of the road trip club CERTIFIED to offer LIFT (shared ride) services to fellow club members who are interested in TRAVELING together visiting and experiencing various RTA certified tourist destinations.

The Travel Club Secretary is an administrative assistant of the Road Trip Junkies Club responsible for facilitating communication between the road trip executive body and the road trip community members ( general public). The Travel Club Secretary works remotely,online, or from tourist destinations to help coordinate and run the club’s day-to-day/travel activities on the field (destinations) or online.

RESPONSIBILITY

* Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence

TRAVEL PHOTOGRAPHER

The job of the Road Trip Travel Photographer is to travel with fellow club members and take their photographs to earn money.

REQUIREMENT

1. You must own a personal digital DSLR camera that should be available to you at all times.
