my uncle, Abdoulie Jobe, a native of Galleh Manda, was k*lled in cold blood last night at his small restaurant next to his house.

The suspect is not a native of Galleh Manda. He had been staying in the village with his uncle after being deported from Germany. According to reports, they had a small argument earlier in the evening. It is alleged that the suspect later returned with a kn!fe and st*bbed my uncle in the neck.

My uncle died at the scene. His body has been taken to Bansang, and the suspect has reportedly been arrested.

We call on the Gambia Police Force to conduct a thorough investigation and ensure that justice is served. Violence has no place in our communities, and those responsible must be held accountable through the law.

May Allah forgive my uncle, Abdoulie Jobe, grant him Jannatul Firdaus, and give our family the strength and patience to bear this painful loss. Ameen.
