In September, A.M. Nomikos proudly took part once again in the annual OSCAR Dragon Boat Race, organised by Spinnaker, supporting Great Ormond Street Hospital and Charity and its life-saving work in treating childhood leukaemia.
Continuing our long-standing support for this important cause, our team came together for another memorable day on the water and achieved a fantastic fundraising result, raising over £12,000, reaching 191% of our original target!
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated, donated and supported our team.
We are proud to continue contributing to such a meaningful initiative year after year. 💙

As our Summer 2026 Internship Program comes to a close, we would like to recognize the contributions of our interns.
During their time at A.M. Nomikos, they have supported a variety of projects across our departments, developed meaningful professional relationships, and gained valuable hands-on experience.
Welcoming interns to our organization brings fresh ideas and perspectives while contributing to our continued growth and development.

Earlier this month, we had the pleasure of welcoming more than 20 students and recent graduates to our offices as part of the YES Forum Open Day initiative.

During the visit, representatives from our departments shared insights into different aspects of the business and their professional experiences, followed by an engaging Q&A session with the participants.
It was inspiring to see the curiosity and enthusiasm of the next generation of maritime professionals.

We thank Young Executives Shipping (YES) Forum for organizing this initiative and look forward to continuing to support opportunities that empower future talent in the maritime industry.
