Greece = Amazing Food. This is one part of the Ultimate Girls Week Away experience we certainly haven’t skimped on.

We begin our week with a special traditional Greek welcome dinner, bringing everyone together from the very first night.

Then, on our final night together, we celebrate Greek-style; beautiful food, shared stories and a chance to celebrate the incredible week we’ve experienced together.

Every detail of this retreat has been thought through.

You simply arrive, settle in and immerse yourself in the UGWA experience. Opa!

The more I learn about the people and places of Amorgos - the more EXCITED I get about our upcoming retreat there.

No only do we have Irene Giannakopoulos who will be telling us how she brought her vision of bringing Amorgos to life - there is also another inspirational person called Sister Irini.

Sister Irini is Amorgos's only nun and has been covered by National Geographic.

Her story is extraordinary and shows how a new chance, a different rhythm or giving yourself permission to follow your inner yearning leads to the most amazing life.

I’m often asked what my favourite affirmations are, especially as the founder of the Ultimate Girls Week Away.

Affirmations have become a simple way for me to bring a little more peace into my day, focus on what matters to me and help my mind and body slow down and be present.

So I thought I’d share five of my favourites with you.

These are the words I come back to when I need to refocus, reconnect with myself or simply remind myself to enjoy the moment I’m in.

Our Sister Circles create a smaller, safe space within the wider UGWA experience to pause, debrief, share, listen and simply be heard.

They’re a chance to connect more deeply with a small group of women throughout the week. To share meals, have honest conversations, laugh together and make space for the kind of connection we don’t always have time for in everyday life.

It’s amazing what can change when you give yourself the time, the space and the right people.
You may feel like you’re arriving alone, but you could leave with a sisterhood that lasts long after the retreat is over.
