Trifonas House & Property Management Welcome to our page. We know that a property needs continual attention and tender loving care. Whether full on at high season or closed up during winter months.

We are a Greek/English Family run business based on the north east coast of Corfu, with over 25 years experience in home and villa management, rentals, concierge services and staff placement. We offer a personal, hands on approach and as owners and renters ourselves, treat every property as if it were our own. Our policy is to look after your property to the highest standard, however big or small,

respecting your personal requirements at all times and leaving you with complete peace of mind. We know that becoming an owner in a foreign country is sometimes a daunting task, being completely bi-lingual and English/Corfiot we offer a bridge to ease ownership in Greece, and enable you to relax knowing that your property is in safe hands. Our Services

There is no standard package, we prefer to offer a bespoke service to fulfill the needs of each individual owner. General services include:

Key Holding
Regular Security Checks
Regular Maintenance Checks - Drains, Electricity, Plumbing, Damp and Complete Care taking Service. Bill paying
Supervision/Employment of House Staff to include, maid, gardeners, cooks and assistants, pool men, concierge. Liaising with local suppliers/tradesmen as required. Personal Service for Owners

Prior to our owners' arrival, arranging items such as flowers, stocking up on food and drink, lights and heating, including ensuring there are logs for the fire in winter, and any other specific requirements, ensuring our owners relax on arrival at their homes and enjoy their stay from Day 1. Rental Houses

Handling all aspects of changeovers. Arranging airport transfer, car and boat hire. Liaising with local office representatives as required. Inventory checks at beginning and end of season. Supervision of villa staff to ensure high standard of work is maintained. Concierge service available by separate negotiation. Other Services

Management and placement of staff, all known to us and all with a very high standard of work ethic, includes, maids, gardeners, pool men, maintenance technicians, cooks, babysitters and concierge to name but a few. We hold a comprehensive list of top quality staff and trades people known to us for their very high standard of work and endeavor to cover any staff placement service or special request asked of us. Our responsibility to our owners is to maintain on their behalf all aspects of the smooth running of their property. We provide regular updates by email, Skype or Facebook.
