There's something trying to escape my plate!

Everything (except the penne) in this lemon, garlic and thyme grilled octopus dish was freshly caught, picked or foraged by me today. Even the olive oil was homemade and gifted to my by a proud local.

The adventure comes to an end!

I've had to head back to the van after eating all my food and losing my ability to catch more. Guess this is why I've been warned in the past about not shooting at a target when there's a rocky backdrop.

Hope I can find a new spear soon!

Thanks to my decision not to leave Greece after the pandemic, I've had ample time to discover every nook and cranny of the Halkidiki Peninsula.

Seeing as summer is still in full effect here I'm able to continue the adventures and today's has seen me leave behind the golden sand beaches and explore some of its beautiful rocky coastline.

Thanks to the old Rona virus, I've had this beach park up all to myself.
I haven't seen anyone even on the beach for hundreds of metres to the left or right of me in a few days and now suddenly these guys have just parked straight in front WTF!
