FUEL OIL PURIFIER | BOWL CLEANING

The basic purpose of routine bowl cleaning is simply to clean the bowl parts. Anyone can do this job. Also anyone is able to dismantle and assemble the parts correctly. But as an operator, one of our jobs is also to observe and detect for any abnormalities or impending trouble, that if not corrected sooner, might cause costly damage to the equipment.
Therefore, once cleaned, we have to examine the internal moving parts for signs of damage, crack, or erosion. Damaged or deteriorated parts (e.g. O-rings, threads, pins, or discs) must be replaced accordingly. These abnormalities will not pass to a trained eye of an operator.
