The Rain Has Arrived ☔️✓
☔️ **After a long, hot summer… the rain has finally arrived!** ☔️
And you know what? The locals are actually quite happy about it! 🌧️🌿 The gardens are getting a drink, the island is cooling down, and everyone is breathing a big sigh of relief.
But if you’re heading our way on holiday, **don’t panic!** 😎 The sun hasn’t packed its bags just yet. A little rain is part of island life, and the sunshine is already planning its comeback. ☀️
In the meantime, it’s **business as usual here** — rain or shine!
☕️ Hot and cold drinks are being served with plenty of energy (and probably a little dancing) by our lively Carla.
🍲 And in the kitchen, Elena is keeping everyone happy with comforting, delicious food all day long. Because apparently rain makes you hungry. We don’t make the rules. 😂
🏠 And then there’s the biggest sign that summer is really coming to an end…
**THE ROOF IS GOING BACK ON THE BAR!** 😱
After months of open-air, sunshine-soaked evenings, the bar is finally getting its roof back — which, around here, is basically our official announcement that summer is over. 😢😂
⛵️ **And a little note for all our sailors:** with the weather beginning to change, please keep a close eye on the forecast, check the conditions before heading out, and most importantly, **stay safe on the water**. The Ionian will still be here when the weather settles!
So whether you're here for the sunshine, the food, the drinks, or simply a little island escapism, **we're still here, keeping the good times going.**
Rain today… sunshine tomorrow.
