Introducing Mrs. KONSTANTINA GKIKA Customer Service & Documentation Manager at Spirit Liner Services S.A.
Her career path began 25 years ago, in freight forwarding and shipping agency fields. In 2000, she joined a forwarding company as a representative in the road & sea transport department.
During 2003, she became a member of Arkas Hellas SA team, as a documentation specialist, representing Arkas Line, Tarros Line, Yang Ming, Pil, Dal. The skills she developed along with the experience and knowledge obtained, led in taking over the position of Documentation and Customer Service Manager till 2023.
Same year seized the opportunity to organize the departments of a new founded shipping agency, Spirit Liner Services SA, guided by the eagerness to innovate and deal with new challenges.
