Have you ever noticed the distinctive aroma of Basmati rice? Known for its long grains and characteristic fragrance, Basmati is one of the products we carry from India across the seas.

Through our India Med Service (IMS), we transport Basmati rice from India via the ports of Nhava Sheva and Mundra, connecting it with Türkiye and the Mediterranean.

From India to the Mediterranean, we carry part of its journey across the seas. 🍚🌊

🇬🇷🇹🇷 Strengthening Greek–Turkish Business Relations
A meeting was held between the Board of Directors of Greek-Turkish Business Association (YUTİAD-ΕΤΣΕ) and Mr. Burak Serkan Yaşar , the newly appointed Chief Commercial Counsellor of Türkiye in Athens. Mr Philippos Costopoulos, Managing Director of Arkas Hellas Group and Vice President of ETSE–YUTIAD, participated in the meeting.
The meeting provided an opportunity to exchange views on business cooperation and further strengthening trade relations between Greece and Türkiye.

A step we took together was recognized at the Sustainable Business Awards 2026 ceremony held on Tuesday, September 29!

Our Biofuel Use in Maritime Transportation project, developed together with Arkas Bunker, received an award in the Private Sector & Private Sector Collaboration category at the Sustainable Business Awards organized by Sustainability Academy.

Bringing together Arkas Bunker's expertise in biofuel supply and Arkas Line's use of biofuel on board our vessels, this collaboration represents one of the concrete steps we are taking toward reducing the environmental impact of maritime transportation.

We thank everyone who contributed to this project and Sustainability Academy for this recognition.
