During this weekend July 25-26th, the local community gathers to honor two highly revered saints, Saint Paraskevi & Saint Panteleimon, turning the areas surrounding their respective historic churches into lively hubs of celebration.

· The Feast: the language of food, wine, music, and dance is universal. Simply follow the crowds and the smell of roasting meats.
· The Marketplace: Stalls will sell everything from local honey and nuts to religious icons, jewelry, and random household gadgets.
· Children's Entertainment: Small pop-up amusement rides or carnival-style games (luna-park) are usually set up to keep kids entertained.
· Place: St. Panteleimon church in the Old Town of Rhodes or in Kattavia village / St. Paraskevi church in the Old Town or in Ialysos Village
· Timing: While church services happen in the morning and early evening, the secular festival truly comes alive after 8pm when the summer heat fades and the music starts pumping.
