Μια φορά τον χρόνο, το Culinary Atelier επιστρέφει στις ρίζες του. 🇬🇷✨

Χθες είχαμε τη χαρά και την τιμή να φιλοξενήσουμε το παραδοσιακό πανηγύρι προς τιμήν του Ταξιάρχη Μιχαήλ του Πανορμίτη, στο εκκλησάκι που αποτελεί αναπόσπαστο κομμάτι του χώρου μας.

Από νωρίς το πρωί, μεγάλα καζάνια στήθηκαν στην αυλή και η ομάδα μας ενώθηκε με τους κατοίκους του Βουρβούλου για να ετοιμάσει, όπως προστάζει η παράδοση, τις τοπικές λιχουδιές του πανηγυριού.

Και μετά τη λειτουργία, όλα εγιναν ξανα όπως παλιά!
Ο χώρος γέμισε γέλια, τσουγκρίσματα, μουσικές και χρώματα, με παραδοσιακούς σαντορινιούς χορούς και μελωδίες να μας θυμίζουν πως οι πιο όμορφες στιγμές είναι εκείνες που μας ενώνουν. 🤍

Γιατί για εμάς, η παράδοση δεν είναι κάτι που απλώς παρουσιάζουμε στους επισκέπτες μας.
Είναι κάτι που ζούμε.

Χρόνια πολλά! Και του χρόνου! 🥂🇬🇷
