Every delivery sails with a voyage plan in HELM and our 24/7 meteorology and logistics team behind the crew. Position updates and milestone alerts go straight to the owner throughout the passage.

A short coastal passage, run to the full standard.
Princess F65, Kiel to Rostock through the western Baltic.
A Master 200 GT captain and a Yachtmaster Offshore mate were aboard, with the owner joining for the repositioning.
Qualified bridge crew still matters on a short run. In Rostock we completed extensive preparation for loading, inside and out, moved her from the marina to the loading dock and liaised with the Sevenstar Yacht Transport loadmaster and deck crew.
They controlled the lift. We managed vessel readiness and movements, then completed full post-load checks.

What does 100 yacht-delivery passages look like when you put them on one map?

This visualisation was built from our own GPX archive: real offshore passages completed across the Atlantic, Mediterranean, Red Sea, Indian Ocean and beyond.

Individually, each line represents a vessel, a crew and a carefully managed passage.

Together, they show the operational footprint behind Yacht.Delivery.
The concentration around Europe reflects where much of our work begins; the longer offshore tracks show where it leads.

The concept was inspired by Adam Symington of PythonMaps and his remarkable visualisation of European colonial shipping lanes from 1700–1850, published by Visual Capitalist:

A historical dataset inspired us to look at our own operational history differently.

Now we intend to keep building it - one completed passage at a time.
