A few weeks ago, UPS lost part of a customer's medal order.

The investigation process was expected to take weeks.

Meanwhile, the event date was getting closer.

We knew our customer didn't have time to wait.

So we made a decision.

We immediately arranged a replacement production and shipped new medals, even though it meant taking the loss ourselves.

Today we received this message:

"Replacement medals arrived this morning. I'm so happy."

Moments like this remind us why we do what we do.

Not because everything always goes perfectly.

But because when problems happen, customers deserve a partner who will step up and help.

Custom Rotating Souvenir Magnet Project
We recently completed this custom rotating fridge magnet for a cultural souvenir project.

The design combines local architecture, traditional artwork, a spinning decorative element, and a hanging charm to create a more engaging souvenir experience.

Manufactured using:

• Zinc alloy die casting

• Soft enamel coloring

• Bright gold plating

• Strong magnetic backing

Many souvenir shops are moving beyond standard flat magnets and looking for products that offer more interaction and collectible value.

From customer concept artwork to final championship medals.

This was one of our favorite recent martial arts projects.

The navy blue enamel combined with gold plating created a really clean championship look for the event.

Many medal designs look perfect on screen.

But once converted into real zinc alloy molds, certain details may become difficult during polishing and enamel filling.

That’s why production experience matters.

For this European marathon medal project, we optimized the cloud details before manufacturing started, which helped improve both production stability and the final appearance.

This custom magnetic logo pin project started with a simple customer logo.

The customer wanted a clean promotional product with magnetic backing instead of traditional pin needles. To keep the smaller logo colors bright, UV printing was added together with soft enamel colors and silver plating.

The finished products were later shipped successfully to Saudi Arabia through DHL Express.
