A chef’s table worth taking the train for. 🍄

On a special Silk Road Express departure through Yunnan, chefs Wu Tao, Lance Shen and the train’s Executive Chef, Mark Wang will come together for a mushroom-led lunch at Shiping’s old railway station.

Local mushrooms take the lead, with each chef bringing a distinct approach to the menu. Your table awaits on the platform, surrounded by historic station buildings and palm trees. 🚂

The journey continues through southern Yunnan, from Xishuangbanna’s tropical rainforest to Shiping’s old town, ending in Kunming.
