RLPers wore HKGBC Biz-Green Dress Day 2026’s signature colours—red, yellow, blue, and green— while setting our office air conditioning to an energy-saving 26°C, complemented by colour-matched treats from Igloo Dessert Bar.

Beyond energy conservation, the occasion served as an opportunity to reinforce the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs) across our team. Interactive discussions connected these global benchmarks directly to RLP Asia’s daily operations and sustainable architectural projects. This ethos was further reflected during our concurrent Lunchtime Wellness Programme, where friendly table tennis matches highlighted our focus on fostering an active, healthy, and people-centric workplace.

Biz-Green Dress Day is a signature programme of Hong Kong Green Building Week, co-organised by the Construction Industry Council 建造業議會 (CIC) and the 香港綠色建築議會 Hong Kong Green Building Council (HKGBC). Under this year’s theme, “LOOK! Green Building Trace: Everyone Engaged, Race to Carbon Neutrality,” the four colours represent health and well-being (red), environmental friendliness (green), resource efficiency (blue), and innovation (yellow).

RLPers 積極響應香港綠色建築週2026「輕．型」上班日活動，穿著紅、黃、藍、綠輕便服飾，並將辦公室冷氣溫度調高至 26°C，邊品嚐 Igloo Dessert Bar 的四色雪糕，邊以實際行動踐行 RLP Asia 低碳、以生命為本的理念。

是次活動不僅推廣節能減碳，更為團隊創造交流可持續發展議題的機會。RLPers 透過輕鬆互動，重溫 17 項聯合國可持續發展目標如何融入事務所的日常營運及建築項目。同日的 Lunchtime Wellness Programme 中，RLPers 亦在乒乓球桌上切磋，放鬆身心，展現事務所對健康活力及以人為本工作環境的重視。

「輕．型」上班日是香港綠色建築週的重點活動之一，由建造業議會及香港綠色建築議會合辦。今年活動以「LOOK！綠建『築』跡：全城都識，奔向碳中和」為主題，四色分別象徵健康舒適（紅）、環境友善（綠）、高效資源（藍）及創新元素（黃）。

RLP Asia celebrated the topping out of 10-14 Braga Circuit in Kadoorie Hill, a project that will introduce a refreshed look that complements the unique character of its Kadoorie Hill neighbourhood. The project reinterprets the architectural language of the 1930s and 1940s through a contemporary lens, while honouring its historical character.

RLP Asia’s Managing Director Andy Leung and Director Eugene Shum attended the topping-out ceremony alongside senior executives from the client, project consultants, and construction partners.

RLP Asia is the Lead Consultant, Architect, and Authorised Person for this project.

RLP Asia 設計的加多利山布力架街 10–14 號項目順利平頂。該項目將以煥然一新的面貌融入加多利山社區，以當代設計重新演繹 1930 至 1940 年代的建築特色，在創新之餘保留其歷史韻味。

Committed to driving meaningful urban transformation through design, sustainability and behavioural insights, RLP Asia actively contributes to thought leadership that shapes the future of our cities. Our Sustainable Design Director and Behave’s Principal Behaviourist MK Leung, joined Professor Yueyang He of CUHK for a panel discussion at the “Urban Regeneration Dialogue 2.0: Advancing the Discourse on Hong Kong's Urban Future,” where they shared insights from our winning proposal in the Urban Renewal Design Ideas Competition.

Our proposal, “100% Open City Vision,” reimagines a climate-positive vertical city with integrated public space, greenery and adaptable infrastructure to enhance connectivity and urban living.
Jointly organised by the Urban Renewal Authority, the Hong Kong Institute of Architects and the Hong Kong Institute of Urban Design, the Dialogue built on the ideas and discussions generated through the Urban Renewal Design Ideas Competition. The panel brought together industry experts to exchange perspectives and consolidated professional insights during the public consultation period for Hong Kong’s first Five-Year Development Plan.

RLP Asia 致力透過設計、可持續發展及行為分析推動城市轉型，積極參與未來城市的發展交流。事務所環保設計總監兼 Behave 首席行為分析師梁文傑，與香港中文大學何越陽教授一同出席「城市更新對話 2.0：促進香港城市未來發展」座談會，分享 RLP Asia 於「城市更新創意設計比賽」的得獎方案。

得獎方案「100% Open City Vision」以建構一座對氣候具有正面影響的垂直城市為願景，融合公共空間、自然綠化及彈性社區設施，加強社區連繫及城市空間質素。

是次活動由市區重建局、香港建築師學會及香港城市設計學會合辦，旨在延續「城市更新創意設計比賽」的討論，同時匯聚一眾業界專家，就香港首份《五年規劃》公眾諮詢期的相關議題進行交流，歸納業界意見。

As a leader in designing resilient and people-centric cities, RLP Asia continues to contribute to industry dialogue on the future of urban living. Director Anthony Cheung shared the firm’s expertise in high-rise, high-density development at the CVU 2026 China Conference, drawing on insights from the Garden Crescent project.

Organised by the Council on Vertical Urbanism, the conference brought together industry leaders under the theme "Revitalizing High-Density Cities: Urban Vitality and Ecological Resilience," exploring urban renewal and functional optimization through case studies, technical exchanges, and cross-sector collaboration.

RLP Asia 一直致力設計具韌性、以人為本的城市空間，並積極參與業界對話，探索未來城市生活的發展方向。RLP Asia 董事張文政在「CVU 2026 垂直城市中國會議」上，以 RLP Asia項目「譽林」為例，分享事務所在高密度城市發展高層建築的專業經驗。

是次會議由世界垂直城市學會主辦，以「高密度城市的活力再生與生態韌性」為專題，匯聚業界翹楚，透過案例分享、技術交流與跨界對話，探討如何推動市區重建，充分發揮城市功能。

At RLP Asia, we believe that shaping a more sustainable built environment begins with empowering future architects. As part of this commitment, our Director, Eugene Shum, joined the jury panel for the Hong Kong stage of the Saint-Gobain Architecture Student Contest 2026, co-organised by Hong Kong Green Building Council and The Hong Kong Institute of Architects.
The competition challenges architecture students to address real-world issues through innovative and sustainable design solutions. This year’s contest tasked students with renewing a recreational precinct in Belgrade, including the revitalisation of athlete accommodation and the Academic Yachting Club.

RLP Asia 相信建構更可持續的建築環境，與培育新世代建築師息息相關。秉持這個理念，事務所董事岑家豪應邀擔任聖戈班建築學生大賽 2026 香港賽區評審。
該活動由香港建築師學會及香港綠色建築議會合辦，旨在鼓勵建築系學生以創新可持續方案，回應現實生活的設計挑戰。今屆比賽要求參賽者為貝爾格萊德休憩區進行翻新設計，包括活化運動員宿舍及學術帆船會。
