We are proud and excited to announce an addition to the Sail Asia stable, SV DAYBREAK. Daybreak is a Taswell 56, a Bill Dixon-designed fast bluewater cruiser built by the famed Ta Shing shipyard in Tainan, Taiwan. Sporting a 70-foot mast and featuring a beamy hull design and substantial construction, she was made to cross oceans quickly and in comfort. We hope to use her to her potential.

Daybreak was recently brought up to Category 1 racing standards. Although our target inaugural race was canceled, we recently completed the 500nm shakedown lap in the South China Sea anyway in challenging conditions and she performed just as intended.

We offer Daybreak for day and overnight charters around Hong Kong but also enquire about ocean passages and longer excursions. More information at www.sailasia.com.hk.

Local Hero, our Beneteau 473, is still alive and well and plying the waters for Sail Asia in Da Nang, Vietnam. Day charter packages available.
