From the US to Singapore-with a stop in Frankfurt and a few extra layers of travel history along the way.

Milo had already relocated from Norway only a few months earlier, making this journey a little more complex than usual. Our team helped guide them through the in-cabin travel arrangements, arrival procedures and clearance in Singapore.

We're so glad everything went smoothly, with Milo cleared the same day and home safe, healthy and well after the long journey.

They may have started the journey looking slightly suspicious of the whole arrangement… but now? New country, new home, same orange-cat confidence. 😂

完成長途旅程後，兩位主子已經準備好熟悉新環境、開拓新地盤，同埋喺香港用全新地址繼續監督人類日常工作。🏡✨

Bonjour, Hong Kong! Lou has arrived. 🐾

Meet Lou, who made the very big journey from France to Hong Kong for a brand-new chapter. 💙

It was a long trip — the kind that definitely earns you extra treats and a very serious nap afterwards. 😂

But Lou made it safely, reunited with his family and is now settling into his new home like the seasoned little traveller he is. 🐶✨

Charlie looks ready to see what’s waiting on the other side, while Shiro seems to be giving us a very serious “I hope you know what you’re doing” look. 😂

From preparing their travel crates to getting them safely on their way, every little detail matters when pets are moving across the world.

Meet lovely Lola, who recently made the big journey to the UK with the Ferndale team.

As an anxious traveller, she needed plenty of care, patience and reassurance along the way, but everything went smoothly, from collection in Hong Kong to her safe arrival and reunion with her family.

Her pawrent shared that our team had everything under control and made the entire process “much less stressful.” We’re delighted to see Lola settling in so well and already living her best British life! 🏡💙

Thank you to Lola’s family for trusting us with such an important journey. Wishing this sweet girl many cosy naps, countryside walks and exciting adventures ahead!

每有毛孩喺 Ferndale 寄宿 10 晚，我哋都會回饋有需要嘅動物。

今個月，我哋探訪咗元朗 Lucky Dog Shelter，送上狗糧同關愛，亦認識咗一班可愛新朋友。🐶🥰
This month, our team visited Lucky Dog Shelter in Yuen Long, bringing along bags of food, plenty of cuddles, and of course, making a few new furry friends along the way. 🐶

幸運狗舍 Lucky Dog Shelter does more than provide a safe place for dogs in need — they also open their doors to the community, welcoming students and sharing the importance of kindness, responsible pet care and animal welfare.

多謝每位主人嘅支持，令我哋可以一齊幫助更多毛孩。❤️🐾
We’re grateful to have had the chance to spend time with the dogs and support the wonderful work being done for them. Some were shy, some were curious… and some were very ready for the camera. 😂❤️

We loved chatting with everyone curious about pet travel... but let's be honest, we were equally distracted by all the adorable outfits, wagging tails and happy little faces. 🥹
我哋好開心同大家傾下毛孩移居同旅行嘅大小事… 不過講真，大家啲可愛穿搭、瘋狂搖尾同無敵笑容，實在太搶鏡啦！ 🥹❤️
