Pigeon Key is magical. Yes you can swim and snorkle with the Nurse Sharks and rays. Nurse Sharks like plants not people. It is my favourite excursion. Talk to Johan about arranging your day there. Roatan Family Tours

We are beyond proud and excited to announce that The Villa is getting a whole new beginning… 💙

Introducing ✨ VILLA SERENIDAD ✨

We’ve dreamed about creating something truly special—an elevated, luxurious space where two couples or a family can vacation together while still enjoying privacy and their own space.

And there was one thing we knew we couldn’t compromise on…

🌊 THE VIEW. 🌅

By building up, we’re able to capture even more of the breathtaking Caribbean Sea while creating a beautiful multi-level retreat designed for relaxing, reconnecting and making unforgettable memories.

And yes… there will be a rooftop terrace! 🥂🌅
Imagine ending your day high above Casa Familia, watching the sun sink into the Caribbean with those spectacular Roatán sunsets right in front of you.

We’re thrilled to be working with the same architect and builder who brought our new Studio Villa to life. Calvert is just as excited and invested in this project as we are, and we can’t wait to see his vision become reality.

✨ CASA FAMILIA GOT A MAKEOVER! 🌴🏡

Our main house has had a total exterior refresh, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! 💛

Not only did we give the house a fresh new coat of paint to perfectly complement our Studio Villa, but we also replaced ALL the screens and repaired or replaced those boards that had started to show the effects of island life.

Because when you have a home by the ocean… 🌊☀️ things are always needing a little love! 😉

And there’s more…
✨ Ceiling fans are now up on everyone’s favourite spot — our BIG screened-in porch! 🌴💨

A huge thank you to Alex and his team for doing such an amazing job and helping bring our vision to life. ❤️

Own a piece of paradise? There’s always something to improve—CasaFamilia is getting a facelift! Alex A&L General Construction and his team are replacing boards, sanding, painting and putting up a brand new screen on the Main house. We can’t wait for you to see the transformation. We also have even more exciting news coming.
