Stage 2 of the Krk Island Trail: Brzac → Malinska 🌿☀️

Today’s stage was a nice continuation of the journey, with more open landscapes and beautiful coastal views. Along the way, we discovered some incredible hidden gems: a Romanesque church tucked away in the forest, a majestic centuries-old oak tree, and a charming little pond. These are the kinds of places most tourists would never stumble upon.

Porat was the perfect stop along the route. This picturesque harbor village offered a well-deserved break, complete with freshly made pasta, Adriatic seafood straight from the source, and, naturally, an ice-cold Hydra to top it all off. 🍝🦞🍺

Stage 1 of the Krk Island Trail: Krk → Brzac 🥾🌿

A relaxed and enjoyable start to our 7-day adventure around Krk Island. Wide gravel roads alternated with fun forest single tracks, making for an easygoing first day on the trail.

We got caught in about 30 minutes of rain, but the day quickly turned around when a local farmer handed us a bunch of freshly picked cherries straight from his orchard. 🍒

A perfect reminder that the best trail magic often comes when you least expect it. 😋✨

Today was all about trail maintenance in Labin. 🚵‍♂️🌿

Next week we welcome our first guests of the season, so we’ve been making sure the trails are in top shape: fun, flowing and safe for everyone to enjoy.

Stage 5 & 6 of the Parenzana Grand Tour:

5. Rovinj --> Fazana
Sea, sea and even more sea. An easygoing stage on smooth gravel tracks. The last 3 kilometers was a very enjoyable stretch right along the coast. 🌊

6. Fazana --> Medulin
The 2 highlights of this stage are P**a, the largest city in Istria, and Cape Kamenjak, a stunning nature reservoir with impressive cliffs and turquoise bays. 🌅

Stage 3 & 4 of the Parenzana Grand Tour:

3. Motovun --> Porec
A magical shift from the Istrian hinterland back to the coast. During the first half of the stage you can still admire Motovun on its hilltop. During the second half of the stage, gradually the Adriatic appears from afar.

4. Porec --> Rovinj
From one Venetian town to the other. From one coastal town to the other. From one fishing harbour to the other. This is Istrian culture and history at its finest. Along the way: enjoy amazing views over the Lim Bay.

Stage 1 & 2 of the Parenzana Grand Tour:

1. Muggia --> Umag
From the border of Italy, along the Slovenian coast to the most Northern Mediterranean town of Croatia. Feel the terrain shifting from a more industrial and crowded scenery to a more natural and raw scenery.

2. Umag --> Motovun
Leave the coast behind and enter the Istrian hinterland. One long climb to Groznjan, a hilltop town which offers a glimpse of the Adriatic sea, and one long descent towards Motovun, our finish of the day.

Finished our last retreat of this season in style! 🌟

We are so happy to have met these 4 amazing women on this adventurous journey together. 🙏

We shared heart-opening talks around the table, accompanied by our chef’s exquisite meals. 🍽️✨

The wellness offered the perfect space to relax, recharge and reconnect with ourselves. 💆‍♀️🌿

The hikes led us to some of the most breathtaking and hidden corners of Istria. 🥾🌄

And of course, our yoga sessions brought the perfect balance — energizing, empowering flows to start the day with vitality, and soothing, restorative practices to unwind in the evening. 🧘‍♀️🌅

Feeling deeply grateful for this season and all the magic it brought. 💛

"It was my first time participating in so many races and they all turned out surprisingly successful."🌟

"Standing at the starting line, I wasn't sure I had the skill or stamina to compete with all these strong, fit men. At a certain point during the race in Serbia I even felt like crying and collapsing to the floor.🥵 My body yelled: 'Stop! I can't take it no more!' But my mind reacted: 'No! Just keep pushing! You're almost there!' And so I did..."

"It might sound cliché and cheesy, but we are far stronger than we believe ourselves to be.💪 And it's only in competitions and challenges like these, that I've experienced this for the first time in my life."🏅
