A quiet launch doesn’t always mean a retreat isn’t wanted.

I’ve experienced both sides of this.

I’ve had retreats where the early bird spaces sold out almost instantly, the response was incredible, people were ready, and it felt like everything clicked.

But I’ve also had launches where I shared the retreat, waited… and heard nothing for days. Sometimes weeks.

And that silence can make you question everything:
“Is anyone interested?”
“Did I get the timing wrong?”
“Is the offer not good enough?”

But a slow launch doesn’t always mean people don’t want what you’re creating.

Sometimes people need more trust before they commit. Sometimes they need to understand the transformation more clearly. Sometimes they need to see themselves in the experience before they’re ready to book.

What could be going wrong?

I’m at my happiest when I’m retreating.
Creating spaces for people to slow down, reconnect, move, breathe and come back to themselves honestly feels like the work I’m most meant to do.

Last month we hosted our second half-day retreat in London, and seeing how much it resonated with people made me even more excited for what’s ahead.

And now… Croatia this Sunday 🇭🇷
I’ve been working closely behind the scenes with a friend and incredible teacher to help shape and plan the retreat experience there, and I cannot wait.

And somehow… Portugal is already in the planning stages too ✨

Feeling very grateful that this little vision keeps growing.

When I started this business, I knew I wanted to help people plan retreats.

But I also realised something pretty quickly: a lot of people have the idea for a retreat, they just don’t know where to start.

And when you start looking for help, most options are things like full coaching programmes or expensive courses. Which can be great, but they’re also not realistic for everyone.

I kept thinking about the people who are maybe hosting something for the first time, or who are just testing an idea, or who simply don’t have the budget for that level of support.

I didn’t want the planning part to feel like something that would break the bank just to get a bit of guidance.

Because honestly, a lot of the time people don’t need someone to hold their hand through the entire process. They just need a bit of structure so they’re not starting from a blank page.

So I started to create these templates.

They’re basically the planning tools I wish more people had access to, simple worksheets that help you get through the main parts of organising a retreat.

That’s why they’re priced the way they are.

If someone wants to work with me more closely later, that option is there. But I’m genuinely happy if someone just uses the templates, figures things out, and hosts their retreat on their own.

Because planning an event or a retreat should feel accessible, even if you’re new to it and have no clue what you’re doing yet.
