Početak suvremenog uzgoja školjkaša 🌊🔬
Suvremena priča o uzgoju dagnji i kamenica u ušću rijeke Krke počinje krajem 1970-ih. 🦪
Prva stručna istraživanja dagnji započela su 1979. godine, a već 1980. Institut Ruđer Bošković uredio je laboratorije na Martinskoj. 🧪
Rezultati istraživanja doveli su do izgradnje prvih dvaju privatnih uzgajališta 1983. godine, čime počinje organizirani i kontrolirani uzgoj školjkaša na šibenskom području. 👨‍🌾🌊
Od tada se znanje, iskustvo i poštovanje prema moru prenose generacijama – od uzgajališta do vašeg stola. 💙

The Beginning of Modern Shellfish Farming 🌊🔬
The modern story of mussel and oyster farming in the Krka River estuary began in the late 1970s. 🦪
The first scientific research on mussels started in 1979, and in 1980 the Ruđer Bošković Institute established laboratories at Martinska. 🧪
The research results led to the construction of the first two private shellfish farms in 1983, marking the beginning of organised and controlled shellfish farming in the Šibenik area. 👨‍🌾🌊
Since then, knowledge, experience and respect for the sea have been passed down through generations – from the farm to your table. 💙
