I would like to give you a brief introduction to our company covering some key points

VEM metal is a specialist metalworking company undertaking the serial production of custom precision parts. The company was founded in 2010 and is still led by the Dutch MD who is the original founder of company who has over 30 years of experience in High Precision CNC Turning and Milling.
We have a flat management structure ensuring fast and accurate communication at all levels within our team of Engineers who are specialists in the programing and operation of our CNC Turning and Milling centres who are supported by our Quality Engineers and a experienced planning department ensuring a smooth and accurate flow, from a request for quotation to the final delivery of the product to customers.
We are located in Kaposvar Hungary, which is ideally positioned giving us ready access to logistics routes through to Austria, Germany and the Netherlands eastbound and Croatia to Italy southbound.
This allows us excellent logistical access to efficiently service our major customers who are located primarily within the Netherlands and Germany.

-We work in two shifts, we produce 16 hours a day manned, but we also operate at nights with unmanned production utilising barloaders for the CNC lathes, and we can further robotise our pallet change milling machines as required.
