Hi everyone, welcome to Sino Bali Hub! I’d love to share the story behind the name. “Sino” comes from Latin, meaning China—representing my background and experience. Before becoming a Virtual Assistant, I spent nearly a decade as a Mandarin Translator and Executive Assistant for international companies. During that time, I met incredible people and gained valuable insights into communication, busi

ness, and management. Now, after almost three years in Bali, I started Sino Bali Hub to put my skills to good use—whether in business support, property investment, or travel planning. I’m fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Mandarin, allowing me to help businesses grow and bridge communication gaps when needed. My main focus is Virtual Assistant services, specializing in administration, sales & marketing, and business development. I also offer private travel planning to make your Bali experience hassle-free. Though Sino Bali Hub is just a year old, I’ve had the privilege of working with amazing clients—mostly from the U.S. Let’s connect and see how I can support you without stretching your budget. Looking forward to working together! 😊

Bali isn’t only about beaches, sunsets, and cafés. Behind the beautiful views, there are also many dogs still waiting for kindness — some abandoned, some injured, some simply hoping someone will notice them 👀

If you’re visiting Bali, you can make your trip a little more meaningful. There are many shelters here, but you can start with these three:

1. – A Tabanan-based rescue founded by Sabine Kaufmann, saving sick and neglected dogs while also educating communities and schools about how to care for them 🤗

2. – Founded in 2007 by Janice Girardi in the Ubud–Gianyar area, rescuing injured animals across the island and running sterilisation programs plus a 24/7 emergency hotline 🚑

3. .paws – Based in Tabanan, run by a dedicated local and international team rescuing and rehabilitating abandoned dogs. You can even visit and spend time giving them affection they rarely receive 🥹

You don’t have to do something big — even a small donation from Rp20,000 ($1.18) helps buy food, medicine, and care. They’re also open for adoption if you’re ready to change a life forever! 🐕

Thank you for taking a moment to care. Travel kindly, and leave a little love behind! 💕

Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about business growth. Everyone’s chasing bigger, faster, more — but is that really what we all want? 🤔

Reading Company of One by Paul Jarvis reminded me that:

Sometimes bigger isn’t better. A smaller, focused business can actually be smarter, less stressful, and more fulfilling! 🥰

For me, it comes down to:

1) Knowing my “enough.” How much money, time, and how many clients I truly need to live well — without burning out.

2) Staying lean and flexible. Being small means I can adapt quickly, try new things, and not get stuck in endless overhead.

3) Keeping it simple. Systems and automation let me do more with less energy (and stress).

4) Putting quality over quantity. Instead of chasing endless growth, I focus on keeping my clients happy so they stay.

5) Most importantly, aligning business with life. Work should support the lifestyle I want, not consume it.

It’s a refreshing perspective — especially if you’re freelancing, doing VA work, or running a small agency. At the end of the day, it’s not just about “more,” it’s about enough 🧘🏼‍♀️

Planning your first trip to Indonesia? Let’s keep it simple—learn just 3 easy words and you’ll instantly feel closer to the locals 🫶

💡 Fun fact: Each province in Indonesia has its own local language. Even Bali has Balinese! But for starters, let’s focus on Bahasa Indonesia—the national language everyone understands.

Here are your 3 must-know words:

1️⃣ Terima Kasih 🙏 → Thank you. The magic phrase that never fails. Use it often and you’ll see how warmly people respond.

2️⃣ Permisi 🚶‍♀️ → Excuse me. Super handy for navigating busy streets, markets, or just politely getting someone’s attention.

3️⃣ Tolong 🙌 → Please/Help. Whether you need directions or want to ask for more sambal, this one is a lifesaver.

Just 3 simple words, but trust me—they’ll make your trip smoother, friendlier, and way more fun. Indonesians love it when visitors give Bahasa a try!

And if you’re planning to stay longer, these words are the perfect first step to building genuine connections with locals 😉

Hi everyone! Sorry for the late post—I've been trying to commit to posting once a week, but wow, things have been super busy lately. Still, I’m doing my best here! 🥺🫶🏼

This time, I’d love to share a few cafés around Jimbaran that I often visit when I get bored working from home. They’re all affordable (for both locals and foreigners), and they offer great food, coffee, and a comfy co-working vibe.

Yes, I work from home and honestly, I prefer it! But sometimes... I miss talking to real humans. So, I head out to these cafés, work for 2–3 hours, and then head back home 😅

Here are my top 3:

1) Nine Miles Coffee & Eatery
This one’s my favorite! I love their food, coffee, and the overall vibe. The space isn’t huge, but they’ve got both indoor and outdoor seating. Fun fact: there’s a high-end salon right next door—so maybe you can squeeze in a haircut or a creambath during your break? 😂

2) Mapogu Bali
They even have a meeting room here! If you need one, just ask the admin how to book it. They also run a bunch of promos, so definitely check out their Instagram!

3) Varial Society Hub ()
Okay, I haven’t been to this one yet, but a few of my friends recommended it. I’ve seen great reviews on Google, so I might give it a try this weekend while editing my TikTok video. Wanna join? 😆

If you’re around the Jimbaran area, these are definitely worth checking out. Give them a try and let me know what you think!

Are you familiar with PDCA? If not, listen up—this concept can seriously level up your virtual support skills! 😏

You’ve probably seen a lot of VAs claiming they’re great at this and that. But do they ever talk about improvement? Think about it! Most don’t. That’s where I come in—I don’t just complete tasks; I help you improve! 😎

So, what is PDCA? It stands for Plan, Do, Check, Act—a cycle of continuous improvement. It’s well-known in the corporate world, but remote workers like us can benefit from it too! I’ve been applying this method in my virtual support work for a year, and it has helped both me and my clients tremendously!

Here’s how you can use PDCA in your work:
1️⃣ Plan – Understand exactly what your client needs and create a clear plan.
2️⃣ Do – Execute the task efficiently.
3️⃣ Check – Review the results to ensure they meet expectations.
4️⃣ Act – If something isn’t working, adjust and improve accordingly.

By continuously applying this cycle, you’ll enhance your work quality and become a VA your clients truly appreciate!

Found this helpful? Give it a like and share it with your fellow remote workers & VAs! 🚀✨
