..and that is not inevitable in Indonesia. We were collected more or less promptly from our hotel in Sanur and later on Nusa Lembongan and driven to the boat. At the Sanur end, the company offers a comfortable transfer to the airport or certain other Bali destinations at no further cost. You board from the beach, so wet feet are to be expected and prepared for. The staff were friendly and the boat crew competent. We'd use them again.
