just hoping nobody questions you or makes it uncomfortable.

We were talking with Brother Adam — an Australian who moved to Indonesia —
and Elijah asked him what the biggest difference was between Australia and here.

His answer was powerful:
“It’s the mentality. Indonesians are humble, patient, and grateful.
They don’t rush life. They don’t walk with ego.
They treat you softly.” 🇮🇩🤍

And honestly… we felt that too.
People here carry themselves with kindness.
Even when life is tough, they smile. They help.
They make space for you.

Sometimes it’s not the place that wins your heart…
it’s the people.

We need to talk about the GONDOLAS at Genting Highlands 😭😂
Because why did nobody warn us they were THIS HIGH?!
We were smiling on the outside…
but inside we were saying shahadah 💀😂

The views were unreal — clouds, mountains, the whole city below us —
but one tiny wobble and we were holding onto the railing like it was a lifeline. 😂🌬️

Our favourite Ramadan memory in Malaysia was so simple: 🇲🇾👇🏾

Sitting with locals, sharing food, hearing “Selamat Berpuasa” from strangers.
It made Ramadan feel like a global family.
SubhanAllah how Muslims connect so easily anywhere.
