HAVE YOU HEARD OF CANYONING?

CANYONING is one of the most extreme adrenaline outdoor sports. It involves navigating through a gorge carved in the river by natures elements. Providing you with both a physical and mental challenge to test your endurance.

Your guide will have you using techniques such as:
🌴 Rappelling (Abseiling)
🌴 Swimming
🌴 Sliding
🌴 Zip Lining [Flying Fox)
🌴 Jumping off embankments and more

Inclusions:
- Free return transfer from your accommodation
- Light breakfast

- Full canyoning equipment - (helmet, shoes, socks, wetsuits canyoning harness)
- Clean towel for a shower after trip

What you should bring;
- Bathing suit to wear under the wetsuit
- Extra clothes
- Waterproof camera if desired (1.e. GoPro)
- High capacity memory card or USB to save your free photos (also available for purchase on site)

Additional information;
Each participant is required to provide age, height (cm), weight 9kg, and shoe size at the time of booking.

They will pick you up at 8am in the morning. Take you to the markets and show you the produce that you will later learn to prepare.

This is the schedule;
Approximately 8.00 am - 8.30 am we will pick up from the Hotel or Villa you are staying.

Next you go to the Traditional Market.

You will get to try Local Balinese snack with Coffee or Tea
Hands on cooking lessons 12 - 13 recipes. •
Lunch (is served when all participants have finished and prepared their food)..
Recipe book to take home.
At around 1pm the class will finisih
