1. Scanned colour copy of passport ID
page with minimum validity of 12 months
from date of arrival in Indonesia.
2. Full vaccination certificate.
3. Colour Pass Photo with white back ground

*Standard Process*
* Our service fee is 3,700,000 IDR which includes sponsorship.
* Processing time 7-14 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
* Service fee excludes visa fee of USD 50 or equivalent to 800,000 IDR.
* Total Price for the standard process is 4,500,000 IDR.
